In the years of my own health journey I have learnt that health and fitness isn't about crazy diets and endless amounts of cardio, it's about creating balance of my own physical and mental well-being with good nutrition, resistance training and physical activities I most enjoy. Growing stronger both inside and out allows me to take on the daily challenges of being a busy working mum and be the best version of myself to enjoy all the great things life has to offer.
